Surge in Growth: 30 New Employees for TR-Electronic

(Trossingen, 8.4.2013) TR-Electronic GmbH, globally active company in sensors and actuators for automation technology, is growing and growing. In addition to the expansion of the Trossingen site by 3000 m², the current 350 permanent employees will be joined by 30 new colleagues in 2013. TR-Electronic's success story has been characterized by constant, sustained growth in the last 30 years. The company's growing national and international success, since its formation in 1983, has required regular expansion of the production, development and administration capacities. With the purchase of 3000m2 of land and buildings from neighboring Haas Schleifmaschinen GmbH, the necessary area expansion is assured for the next surge in growth. The buildings will be ready to move into by the middle of the year. In addition to the spatial expansion, the constant growth naturally also requires an increase in staff numbers in all company divisions: approximately 30 new jobs are planned in the areas of production and development, administration, sales and support in 2013. The workforce will then increase from the current approx. 350 to around 380 employees. Klaus Tessari, founder and owner of TR-Electronic, sums up the importance of competent and motivated staff for the company's success:
"Basically we can use new employees in all parts of the company: reliable workers in production, who don't just carry out predefined operations, but also bring their own ideas for improvements; people in sales and support who can share their excitement about our solutions with our existing and new customers, and who have the perseverance to initiate and nurture a customer relationship in the long term; creative people with a technical background, who like to engage with the new and - regardless of all the innovation - can also deal with commercial and legal consequences. After all, we are developing products for applications in which requirements have substantially increased due to standards and laws. In these applications the solution is only complete when the stringent requirements of a test institute have also been fulfilled."
