On The Way Up: TR-Electronic On Its Way to the Champions League

(Trossingen, 5.4.2013) TR-Electronic GmbH, specialist in sensors and actuators for automation technology, will celebrate its 30th company anniversary in 2013. In the immediate vicinity of the present TR campus in Trossingen land and buildings covering an area of around 3000 m² have been acquired for production and development, and the course has been set for further growth. TR-Electronic's success story began with the founding of the company in Schwenningen in 1983. In 1987 founder and owner Klaus Tessari found a suitable site in Trossingen for the production and administration buildings of the now globally active company. 30 years of national and international growth now demand a considerable expansion of the production and development capacities. With the purchase of a total building area of 3000m2 from neighboring Haas Schleifmaschinen GmbH, the necessary room for expansion is assured for the next surge in growth. The buildings will be ready to move into by the middle of the year, and will considerably expand the current TR campus. In parallel with the spatial expansion, staff numbers are also constantly increasing: Approximately 30 new jobs are planned in the areas of production and development, administration, sales and support in 2013.
