The early detection of deterioration of a machine and high availability of your system is essentially important for an efficient production. @DIAG is a technology module developed for the dynamic vibration analysis of industrial machines. You can realize via fast signal processing technology the real time frequence analysis and use the advantage of an early-warning system to recognize damages of the roller bearing. So you can already identify plant damages when they emerge.

- Sensing of acoustic emmision signals according to ICP (Integrated Circuit Piezoelectric) standard

- Deterministic sensing of analog values (40 µs, 10 channels)

- Fast mathematics to calculate analytical data (e.g. FFT)

- Filtering and prefabricating of sensor information (frequency band 1 Hz ... 11,5 kHz, parameter /process image on SPS)
